A coffee subscription is a convenient way to enjoy our fresh and delicious Love Preferred Coffee Co. coffee delivered to your door either twice a month, or once a month. You can choose from a variety of coffee options depending on what we have roasted, including single-origin, blends, and if available, organic coffees. You can also customize your preferences, such as quantity or type. You can change your subscription at any time under the “My Account” section of your website.

Coffee subscriptions ship within 24 hrs of receiving your order, and can take 3 to 5 business days to receive depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your ordered has been processed. All subscriptions follow an order date delivery. For example, if you order on 9/1 and you’ve subscribed for once a month shipments, your next order will be shipped on 10/1.

You can suspend your subscription by logging into your account and heading to the “My Account” section of our website. Once you’re in the main “My Account” page, please click on “My Subscription”, and then on “Suspend”. Please note that while an account is suspended,  your loyalty Harvest Rewards will stop accumulating loyalty time with us. Once you resubscribe, your loyalty Harvest Points will continue to be accumulated.

You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at: farmerfund@lovepreferredcoffee.com with your full name and the email address you used when initially opening your account. We will promptly cancel your subscription within 24 hours or less. We ask that our customers reach out to us to prevent error cancelations, as they can be mistaken for suspended subscriptions.

You can update your shipping information by emailing us at: farmerfund@lovepreferredcoffee.com with your full name and your new address. Please make sure to let us know at least 7 days before your next subscription shipment date. Otherwise, we might not be able to effectuate the address change.

You can update your payment method by logging into your account and clicking on the “My Account” section of our website. Then click on “Payment Methods”. There you can edit your payment information, like add payment methods, delete payment methods, and change your default payment method.

Our Farmer Dividend program is our North Star! It stands as our commitment to uplift coffee farmers who who harvest our coffee. We allocate 2% of our revenues to their support. Additionally, customers have the option to directly "tip" the growers behind their purchased beans. These tips directly benefit farmers, with no intermediary; all tips through our site go directly to them at the end of each quarter. This empowers them to enhance their lives, invest in their families, and fortify their farms.
