ABOUT CORAZÓN CASTILLO VARIETY
Introducing Corazón, a remarkable coffee born in the rolling hills of Roldanillo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Crafted with care by Ureida del Socorro García, a third-generation coffee grower, this single-origin Castillo variety reflects her lifelong passion, resilience, and dedication to the land. After retiring from her career as an educator, Ureida returned to her family farm to rekindle its legacy—guided by her philosophy of “poquito, pero de calidad” (“a little, but of quality”). Each bean is cultivated, harvested, and selected by hand with patience, love, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With tasting notes of dark chocolate, honey, and orange blossoms, Corazón offers a cup that’s as vibrant and heartfelt as the woman behind it. It’s a celebration of courage, tradition, and the enduring spirit of Colombian coffee growers. Every sip is a tribute to Ureida’s dream: inspiring new generations to see the countryside not as the past, but as the future. Perfect for espresso or pour-over, Corazón invites you to experience the depth of flavor—and heart—that only true craftsmanship can bring.

PRODUCER STORY

Ureida del Socorro García

I am a third-generation member of a coffee-growing family. I grew up among mountains, harvests, and the legacy of my humble, hardworking peasant parents. When I retired as a teacher, I decided to return to my roots and breathe new life into the inherited farm. With courage, I let go of my fears and, with the certainty that every day we can do better, I devoted myself to learning, exploring, and dreaming of giving coffee added value. This is how a brand was born that not only tells my story but the story of many farming families who find hope in coffee. Every process is artisanal, nurtured with love and discipline, from planting to the selection of each bean, always guided by my first motto: "Little, but high quality." Step by step, I have grown, I have learned from valuable people who have accompanied me on this journey, and thanks to that constant dedication, today my coffee has been recognized and awarded for its excellence. My purpose goes beyond a good cup of coffee. I dream of inspiring young people to preserve our coffee-growing heritage, to discover that the countryside represents the future, value, and opportunity. My Coffee is a story of courage, passion, respect for the land, and Colombian pride. We invite you to discover a coffee that not only delights your senses but honors the effort of so many Colombian hands that make it possible. From the farm to your cup, every bean is cared for with love, discipline, and artisanal tradition. By choosing it every day, you enjoy a unique experience and, at the same time, support a community that passionately keeps the pride of being coffee growers alive.
